What is the AU-IBAR Ecosystem?
This pioneering AU-IBAR initiative is intended to server the multiple stakeholders collaborating in animal resources across Africa. It is open in that new networks and other stakeholders are welcomed and ecosystem platform services are available at no cost to stakeholders.
On this platform, networks, workgroups, businesses, Ministries of Agriculture, Regional Economic Communities and stakeholders across value chains are welcomed.
Every entity can create a public profile where knowledge is managed and shared, where communities are built and where the entity's general capacity is strengthen by this digital presence. In addition the ecosystem provides a private digital profile for networks to create workgroups and ensure that strategies and planning materials among others, are stored and shared with the appropriate teams.
Think of the AU-IBAR Ecosystem as the LinkedIn for Animal Resources across the continent.
