The African Union- InterAfrican Bureau for Animal Welfare (AU-IBAR), Africa Network for Animal Welfare (ANAW), and the World Federation for Animals (WFAN) have released a joint report titled "Towards adoptation of the UNEA Resolution: Animal Welfare - Environment-Sustainable Development Nexus.
